Our initial encounter with Mr. Morgan took place when he served as the attorney overseeing the finalization of our home purchase. Later on, as our family expanded, we sought his expertise in estate planning. Russel possesses an amiable demeanor, effortlessly conveying complex information in a manner that is both comprehensible and approachable. Moreover, he consistently surpasses expectations by diligently addressing all of our inquiries without any hint of condescension. Extremely rude office , uses abusive servers refuse to let law enforcement know servers name and or care how their server treated someone at a place of business . When directed by the petioner Richard and Arlene Freudenberg to call their office , I was greeted first by a woman who seemed to care but would have to call me back when police found out servers name I called back to let them know I no longer needed it and the lawyer who answered was very rude hung up said alot of things I wouldn't expect a lawyer to say. Glad the whole incident was recorded on security cameras from 3 different businesses and also on someone phone as well . Robert Guendel is the process server who smacked papers into my face after abruptly opening my car door before even saying who he was or before I even realized someone was at my door I didn't even have a chance to put my truck in park as I had just pulled into a parking spot . Charges have been pressed and now the bar will also be called about this establishment

I am impressed by the level of customer service they provide here. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The attorney saw me on time and went over all of my options in detail. He used clear language and answered all the questions along the way. I hired him for my estate planning and it was the best decision so far!

We really had a good experience letting Morgan Legal handle our wills, and can definitely recommend them to other people. It was a rather emotional process for us, but thanks to Russel and the team everything went smoothly. They took time to consider many options for us and explained each possible scenario.
