Extremely rude. Wasn't interested in the complexity of my case and barely let me speak to the details. He's in the business of making deals with the DA and not actually fighting for his clients.
Hung up on me after saying I should find another lawyer since he doesn't go to trial.
Find a lawyer that's going to listen, understand and offer advice in a respectful manner.

My son was doing an apprenticeship in New York. He was driving an unfamiliar company car for the first time in New York and got a speeding ticket on the Taconic Parkway. The ticket didn't provide much instruction. He had never received a ticket before and we didn't know what to do. A friend suggested I contact a local attorney. I reached out to Glenn Bruno. He did an amazing job! He was able to get the ticket reduced to a parking ticket with 0 points. He and his staff, Debbie, are great to work with and we couldn't be more pleased. I got a speeding ticket on Taconic State parkway. I contacted some lawyers and found out that Glenn, had a positive attitude towards my case. He assured me that he will do his best , and finally it's done and just got a parking ticket .would higley recommended for speeding ticket.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results of Mr. Bruno's work. His professional, yet approachable, attitude made him easy and comfortable to communicate with. When I had a question, he was VERY responsive, never leaving me in the dark when nervously awaiting the results of my case. In the end, Mr. Bruno was able to negate my 6 point speeding ticket down to ZERO, which is all I could have asked for.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Bruno to anyone seeking legal help.
