I was on my way up to Lake george for the weekend just following traffic on the Taconic ended up being the poor soul nailed with a speeding ticket. Luckily enough they managed to get it knocked down to a parking ticket. Can't recommend Andre's office more. didnt even have to go back up there which saved the time tolls and multiple days pay everything was through the phone. Thanks again!

Would Recommend André Sedlak without reservation. He got a 6-pt ticket to ZERO - something I didn't think was even an option given the manner in which the police officer caught me ( I *was guilty). Getting a speeding ticket is never fun, and getting a serious one hrs away from where you live, worse. A friend recommended André after doing her own exhaustive search and speaking with him and after I spoke to him, hired him immediately. André really takes the time to listen to you, carefully explains everything legal and answered all of my questions both on the phone and through email. If you're on the fence about whether to plead or appear yourself, or hire someone else, pause, read all of his reviews and call him. You'll see and feel why I trusted and hired him. My experience with him and his office was extremely positive beginning to end, and I had a sense of relief, hope and trust knowing he was in my corner representing and fighting for me. Andre is by far the best around and a man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone, he helped me out big time with several moving violation traffic tickets and was able to let me keep my driver lisence.

Unfortunately you never want to call a lawyer, yet it is a must. I got an speeding ticket facing points and a big fine. I called different attorneys, and Andre Sedlak was very professional and straight forward since our first phone conversation. He took care of everything which was nice since I didn't have to drive 3 + hours and show up to Court Day. Years ago I used a lawyer and when we went to court he didn't break a sweat, he basically didn't do nothing so he refund my money, not saying I was expecting the same thing but something like cutting somebody some slack in a pandemic when it's not the regular norm, you're going to charge me money because of a return (check), are you so hard up for money. When I gave the first check I told them which day is the best day to cash it, so if you wait a whole week then cash it what you think would happen. I have heard of lawyers who have the heart not all about money.

I had to use the services of Andre Sedlak twice over the past two years. Not living in the area, I was at a loss on who to contact. After reading reviews, I reached out to Mr. Sedlak, who returned my phone call immediately and spent a good amount of time explaining the process. He was patient, informative and knowledgeable. My case was resolved without issue. Unfortunately, I needed to retain his services again. I emailed him and again, received an immediate response. He explained the process, and kept in touch with me throughout the delays related to COVID. I just received an email from him letting me know my case was AGAIN resolved. I am sure I drove him crazy, because I always had a lot of questions, but both Mr. Sedlak and his staff were always kind and compassionate. If you ever need an attorney, definitely use this law office. They are professional, efficient and effective! He was also always honest with the best and worst scenario, which I appreciated. I HOPE I don't need to retain their services again, but I am happy to know that they are there if I need them.
