Was traveling past Poughkeepsie in winter 2021. Despite driving my dad’s old van & other vehicles going way faster than me on the left lane, I was pulled over twice for speeding 14 mph over the limit. Due to the two consecutive unconscionable stops, me and my passenger was under the impression that we were profiled.
After speaking to 3 lawyers on the phone, I found Mr. Sedlak to be the most confident with my situation. I was facing 8 points and he reduced it to 2 points. Overall, I was pleased with the result.

Retained Andre Sedlak due to a speeding incident in upstate NY. His team was very helpful, informative and handled my situation professionally and quickly. I ended up getting away with a 0-point violation fine that I had to pay to the state of New York. Which, I couldn't complain compared to what the possible verdict that could've outcome to! Would 100% recommend this Law office of Andre Sedlak, if you ran into trouble with any speeding violation.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to say: this guy SAVED MY BACON. He brought my 800 dollar speeding ticket I got on the Taconic to 175, even with a town that is so strict with speeding. Andre is so personable and really made me feel like he cared. He was happy to hear all of my questions, and was always quick to answer. Seriously, if you wanna hire a lawyer that can kick some ass, look no further than Andre. He really is the best out there.
