Went to Jonna Spilbor's Law Office when I was in a bind. Was greeted by two great, well dressed receptionists. They were polite and empathized with my frustration. Had a consultation, and they were honest and straight to the point. I was involved throughout the whole process as much as I was allowed to be and was very happy with the outcome.
