Chris was there every step of my sale and purchase of homes, when ever I had any questions, he always responded very quickly, the documents were correct ,no problems at both closings, His support staff is excellent. any time I would need to retain another lawyer, Chris would be my first call.

Chris did an excellent job of providing a high end residential lease for our home in Rhinebeck. It was very thorough and allowed us to customize and add our own rules and regulations which we felt led to an air tight lease agreement. He was very responsive with a quick turn around when we needed a surrender agreement for same.
