If you are searching for a real estate lawyer, stop looking further. You just found the best you can get. My bank and process of purchasing a co-op condo was a roller coaster ride and Tom was always there smoothing out the bumps and helping me get through. At the closing, with again more bumps, Tom had all the right ideas to get over the hurdles caused by the other parties involved. He absolutely knows what he is doing and keeps in constant contact. Thomas Bauer is an excellent lawyer. He's incredibly knowledgeable and he spent all the time necessary to advise us through a complicated real estate transaction and negotiate with the other parties involved.
