Thanks to Tom Bauer, the closing on the sale of our house went smoothly and quickly. He also responded promptly, patiently, and practically to every question we had throughout the process, handling all necessary aspects very well. On top of all that, we appreciated his encouraging and upbeat manner.

Mr. Bauer has been our guardian angel! He helped my husband and I open a new business after we closed out my husband’s family business when my mother-in-law passed away. He patiently explained the pros and cons concerning the various business entity options and guided us in choosing the best business entity for our situation. He is clearly an expert in the field of law and he also skillfully guides you with regard to possible tax implications as well. However, what I found most incredible was his skill in helping us navigate some unexpected, difficult family dynamics that emerged. A couple years ago, i was in need of a great lawyer. I was in a lot of trouble, and needed help in many ways. Mr. Ventosa was that lawyer. He provided me options, and help outside of the courtroom to better help myself, my family, and deal with the after-math of my poor decisions. Mr. Ventosa was always calling, checking in, and keeping me up to date of every aspect of my case. He also was just there to talk, if that’s all I needed. With the added difficulty of Covid, he never wavered from his promise to do everything in his power to help me get through the roughest time in my life. This year he made good on his promise. I truly believe if I had not chosen him and his firm, my life would be completely different at this time. I had John Ventosa represent me in court for a speeding ticket recently. Not only did he help me exponentially, he and his team were very professional, efficient, kind, and communicative.
