Dan handled my traffic case quickly and painlessly.

We began our search for our home at the beginning of the pandemic and found Dan. He was with us every step of the way and gave us beneficial advice. We went through a number of bumps along the way but he was there to guide us as first time homeowners. He answered every question in detail and made sure we understood everything before signing. We can’t just say enough good things about the services we received as Dan’s clients. If you are in need of a real estate attorney he is definitely the one you will want guiding you and being in your corner.

I have been using Daniel now, in between 4 and 6 years, and the first thing I'm going to say is all those years ago, when I reached out to Dan and he represented me on my first case, that point forward mr. Miller was the only lawyer in my contacts on my phone which is how it is to this current day. The only thing I'm upset about at this point is the fact that there are we five stars I could give him and not 10. Each and every time Daniel came to court for me which since that first time I reached out to him, has been numerous times each year and there has not been one matter I needed his assistance on that I was even slightly disappointed with. Some people like myself are very mechanically inclined, I could fix anything I could build anything, and then you have people I can, who has a natural gift, is beyond talented as an attorney , and knows his way through the court system like nothing I've ever seen in my life. I've had family members to me that are very very dear that needed help, and needed a lawyer's assistance and without even hesitating I went right into my contacts and sent them Daniel's information, and I'm so happy to say that each and every person I sent the Daniel, he took care of as if they were his family as well and they couldn't be happier with the results. It is actually become a great friend of mine over the years and I would tell anyone just as I have been, don't panic, just call Dan, and just sit back and relax and watch the magic happen. What makes tan Stand Out To Me Above just about every other single lawyer I've ever seen in my life is not only is he a genius when it comes to law, but he cares about each and every one of the people he represents and I could tell you now from the first time I met Dan I instantly could feel that Which made me very happy because I knew I made the right decision. I've had him represent me on everything from tickets to a little more serious misdemeanor offenses right on over to a DUI, that I unfortunately had gotten, and before I even had time to process what was going on, like literally as I was walking into the courtroom he was walking out grabbing me saying okay we're all done and I just looked at him like I haven't even sat down yet LOL. Dan has truly been a blessing to me and on top of being extremely motivated and persistent, on top of caring about each and every one of the people he represents, he's also incredibly affordable. So needless to say Dan will remain the only lawyer in my phone, probably long after I reached the point where I don't even need to be represented anymore. So there's no need to put yourself in a position to end up receiving what I like to call societies back hand across the side of your head, just called Dan sit back and relax, and let him do what he is best at.

I had a speeding ticket on the Taconic and live far away. For an affordable rate, Mr. Miller handled all the logistics for me and I never had to go to court. He negotiated a pretty high ticket down to something manageable. I would definitely recommend using him for legal needs.

Mr. Brown has help me from drawing up my will to connecting me with other lawyers who handle massive suits against my hip replacements. I reccomand Don for all legal issues to all my friends and family.
