I must admit I had a preconceived notion that all lawyers are "the same". Greg pleasantly proved me wrong. Always courteous, professional and available. Greg was always there to answer questions, returned phone calls and put me at ease throughout a difficult time. I would HIGHLY recommend Greg to anyone in need of an attorney. My bankruptcy situation was somewhat unique. The loan on my home, zoned for commercial and residential use, was purchased by a strictly commercial lender thus the taxes had to be paid in full rather than monthly which I was used to doing for 14 years. I managed to pay the lump sum for the first 2 years but was unable to continue the following 2. I was going to lose my house. The only other debt I had incurred was medical but it was sizable. Attorney Dantzman" held my hand" throughout our 1st bankruptcy, Chapter 13. Thorough, professional ,kind ,astute and patient ;he was always available to answer my many questions and assuage my concerns. I made the required payments for about a year. Realizing the likelihood of ever getting a regular mortgage was slim and I might find myself in this situation again down the line we decided to file for Chapter 7. In both bankruptcies unusual and uncommon issues arose. Greg went way above and beyond to resolve these within a very limited time frame . I was extremely anxious. Once again in his calm,warm and remarkably knowledgeable way took care of everything including me! We prevailed! I am eternally grateful to Attorney Dantzman and strongly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in need of bankruptcy. They simply don't come better.

Like many people, I was very stubborn about admitting that I was in financial trouble. I thought that my responsibility to credit card companies took precedence over my standard of living. I was actually embarrassed by my debt. I had maxed out my credit in just a year. That year was a blur. That year was the year after my husband died. Bankruptcy is never easy. Fortunately I came across Gregory Dantzman through google. From the start Greg treated me with respect and was nonjudgmental which I truly appreciated. I was caught off guard and very scared when my wages were suddenly garnished for a judgement that had occurred years ago about which I was not aware. I met with Attorney Dantzman and upon reviewing my current financial situation and all of my options he confirmed that I was, indeed, a candidate for bankruptcy. He was able to stop the garnishment within a few days, even though I first met with him on a Thursday and he was away at a conference the following weekend. Greg Handled my bankruptcy case with professionalism, competency, and compassion. I was clueless about the entire bankruptcy procedure but Dantzman & Dantzman walked me through each and every step so I had a sufficient understanding of what was going to happen and why. The time they spent with me to give me understanding helped alleviate the stress factor. Further, I also had problems locating one of the creditors until after the case was filed, but again Dantzman & Dantzman worked with me to amend the filing to ensure that my bankruptcy was thoroughly completed.
