Even beyond their legal representation, the entire process with Jack Tuckner and his firm was transformative and borderline therapeutic. My work and career were so important to me and when things went bad, it was truly traumatic and painful for a number of reasons. While I knew those "reasons" were valid, they were being delegitimized at every turn. Jack is so passionate about his advocacy for women in the workplace, even when dealing with micro-aggressions and and other such nuances of "working while Black." Ultimately my engagement with this firm gave me everything I needed to get much-needed closure and put this injustice behind me once and for all, so I can get back to making an impact through my work. Tom is a fantastic lawyer. We had a difficult real estate transaction and he went above and beyond to get the deal completed. He explains everything and was so pleasant to work with. When you call he answers the phone.. Tom is thorough and efficient. We highly recommend him.

Previously, I have had a very mixed experience dealing with lawyers, and not in a good way, until I lucked into Tom Bauer. This gentleman is like the unicorn of lawyers, besides being a very intelligent individual. Returns emails promptly? Yes! Returns phone calls? Yes! Actually truly cares about his clients? Yes! Gives amazing advice? Yes! Has reasonable fees? Yes! Always has time for you? Yes! Coming from someone quite a bit jaded dealing with lawyers, I can't think of enough superlatives for Mr. Bauer. The best thing I can say is from what you expect of a lawyer and typically the reality being much different, Mr. Bauer has not only met my expectations but exceeded them. He truly looks out for your best interest. I felt a comfort level speaking to him as well, because he truly cares. If I could give more than five stars I would, and I rarely give five stars period. Mr.Bauer is the REAL DEAL he helped me with my chapter #13 a few years ago. If you need a lawyer for bankruptcy he’s the guy to call and get excellent advise from like I said he’s the REAL DEAL.
