I needed representation for an incident on the Taconic this past fall. Not only were they extremely successful in the outcome, but the whole process was made incredibly smooth and the whole staff was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I work at a law firm myself so the "bar" is set pretty high, but I can't rave about this firm enough - without reservation I would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of stellar legal services.

Everyone at the firm was well-informed, they fully outlined the process and its challenges and and more importantly demonstrated genuine compassion towards my particular situation. Working with both Deborah O'Rell and Jack Tuckner, I appreciated their honesty, practicality and transparency throughout the entire negotiation and legal process. Chris guided me through my first purchase of a commercial property and I could not be more satisfied with his level of knowledge of the situation and his handling of a sometimes difficult seller. Throughout the process, he effortlessly answered all of my questions while providing me with his own insight and recommendations. He was always on top of things, ensuring deadlines were met and making sure everything that needed to get done, got done. Chris and his assistant Lisa were always accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I was so fortunate that I was referred to him by my Employer's EAP. The professionalism of the entire staff is exactly what one could hope for. Got two tickets far from my home - his firm brought $1100 plus 6 points down to $200 and 0 points, for $400. Very helpful too. Recommend for anyone looking.

Obtained the services of Christopher Coleman via reference from a local attorney to fight an out of state traffic ticket I received while travelling through NY. He was able to get the speeding ticket reduced to a parking ticket infraction. Very happy with the professionalism and the correspondence provided by both Christopher and Sonya.

Chris went above and beyond to help me. I called his office at 4:45pm on a Tuesday night in desperation and spoke to Chris' paralegal, Sonya. She took the time to not just take a message but to ask me what I needed. Chris called me that night and by the next morning, the ball was rolling to fix the situation. Time was of the essense and they did everything possible to resolve it. I cannot thank them enough. Sonya kept me up to date with everything. They are the best. Not only are they absolute professionals but they truly care.

Mr. Tuckner was excellent in the time and patience he took in explaining the ins and outs of my case. He supported me when I had nowhere to turn and felt I needed to endure a hostile work environment due to decisions I made regarding my body, family and my future. He made sure to explain the legal process, including what a deposition and settlement could mean for my case. I never felt like I was not fully informed about the progress of my case.

Jack was forthcoming, clear, and concise about everything from the very beginning. There was never a lull in communication. He was not condescending, distant, or dismissive like some lawyers tend to be. He walked me through the legal process and took time to answer any questions I had. I felt very confident having him represent me. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I had a successful outcome. Definitely would hire Jack again!

I went to Jack Tuckner with very little hope. Upon reviewing my documentation, Mr. Tuckner offered expertise and a way forward. I learned over time that he has an incredible amount of experience, and I cannot imagine the number of lives he has impacted. I wonder if he even knows how important his work has been to his clients! Thank you, Jack. His colleague Deborah is both caring and incredibly sharp. In addition to the work of the case, they also understood my psychology in suffering discrimination (much better than I do), so I learned a lot from them, and I've tried to pass that knowledge to others in my profession. I am forever grateful.
