I am writing this review on behalf of our family, my husband and our local LLC formed to operate in Dutchess County. Three years ago, we were excited to begin our construction project of a mix use commercial building. Shortly after construction began, we had a civil litigation filed against us where the possibilities of losing the building was very evident.
