My experience with mr. Thomas Bauer I meant Mr Bauer over the phone at first we talked about my situation I got an appointment and came in to visit him when I walked into the office he made me feel very comfortable he's is warm personality and smile made me feel safe I never really had to seek out a lawyer on my own my husband always did this since my husband Carl has passed away ten years now and I found myself in a big situation that I didn't know how to handle Mr Bauer reassured me that he could handle it for me I thought to myself maybe I should use this young man after all his first name is Thomas and so was my father's he was the oldest of 11 children and so was I that's a laugh but I decided on taking him as my as my lawyer I recommend him as one of attorneys any clients.he has helped me through all of my situations . I have made numbers of callsthat may have seen not even important to the normal person but Mr Bauer always made me feel like it was not silly my experience with him has been fantastic I would recommend this young man for anybody that finds themselves in the same situation as I or anyone that really needs a good lawyer Thomas you are my hero I hope you and your family had a wonderful New year sincerely yours Martha Cummings

I only wish I came to Thomas sooner! Happened to find this gentleman after reviewing numerous attorneys via Google for my specific real estate situation. All of the positive reviews are spot on: Thomas is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and took time to understand my concerns and provided sound guidance. I was left with such a positive impression that I will be referring his services to other friends and family members in the Hudson Valley. I think it’s also a unique advantage to have such a learned real estate attorney who is also a CPA. Thomas-thanks again for a really taking your time with me and helping me out.

Tom was referred to me Frances Chiu ( Wonder Woman of Realestate ) I am very very impressed, been to several closings starting in 1973. Tom provided me with a draft closing statement prior to closing. Best closing ever ever, Tom does all work up front no paper shuffle at closing. A true professional.
