Mr. Ventosa was extremely helpful when I called him. He listened attentively and explained the details of the law and why I did not have to worry. He helped put my mind at ease over a scary situation and gave me advice going forward on how to handle the matter. I am genuinely not sure what I would have done without him. Attorney John J. Ventosa is a Godsend. Being young and dumb got me into a lot of trouble, and within less than a year I was able to leave the past behind. With the help of McCabe, Coleman, Ventosa and Patterson PLLC, I was able to plead guilty to an offense that held no time or probation. After being informed I could potentially be facing 15 years in federal prison, a $150 fine and no criminal record was the best case scenario Ventosa promised me.
