Kim handled my son's DWI case and got it reduced to Driving While Impaired. As the ADA of Dutchess County was hard to get a hold of, she would arrive in court sometimes an hour early to speak to and discuss our case. She was always available, either by email or in person to consult us on what legal step we should take next.
