Andre handled an issue I had in New York very responsibly and quickly. I live out of state, so my knowledge of the process in New York and ability to travel were limited. He and his team were able to get me a much better outcome than the original charge, and was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately you never want to call a lawyer, yet it is a must. I got an speeding ticket facing points and a big fine. I called different attorneys, and Andre Sedlak was very professional and straight forward since our first phone conversation. He took care of everything which was nice since I didn't have to drive 3 + hours and show up to Court Day. Years ago I used a lawyer and when we went to court he didn't break a sweat, he basically didn't do nothing so he refund my money, not saying I was expecting the same thing but something like cutting somebody some slack in a pandemic when it's not the regular norm, you're going to charge me money because of a return (check), are you so hard up for money. When I gave the first check I told them which day is the best day to cash it, so if you wait a whole week then cash it what you think would happen. I have heard of lawyers who have the heart not all about money.

After reading reviews, I reached out to Mr. Sedlak, who returned my phone call immediately and spent a good amount of time explaining the process. He was patient, informative and knowledgeable. My case was resolved without issue. Unfortunately, I needed to retain his services again. I emailed him and again, received an immediate response. He explained the process, and kept in touch with me throughout the delays related to COVID. I just received an email from him letting me know my case was AGAIN resolved. I am sure I drove him crazy, because I always had a lot of questions, but both Mr. Sedlak and his staff were always kind and compassionate. If you ever need an attorney, definitely use this law office. They are professional, efficient and effective! He was also always honest with the best and worst scenario, which I appreciated. I HOPE I don't need to retain their services again, but I am happy to know that they are there if I need them.
