Richard contacted me shortly after I posted my traffic case on Nolo. After hearing the details of my case, he explained that I may not need to hire a lawyer although he could simply get my money. He was patient and explained what are my options over the phone. I went to court and managed to lower the ticket. Although I didn't end up hiring him and went to the court myself (this was what he recommended), his professional behavior and patience in hearing my case and explaining the options were very helpful. The paralegal Debbie Stinson always got my messages to her and got back to me in a timely manner, produced concise documents and made sure I was given copies and was in general extremely competent before and leading up to the trial.
