This attorney , Mr Penn saved me one thousand bucks at my home closing because of his knowledge and experience of real estate law. I don't trust hired guns but this guy knows his stuff ,and you want him on your side. He is honest and explains everything that's going on.He is very experienced and holds his own opposing the large white shoe firms.
