Prizant Law is the right address if it's about immigration! We worked with Ms. Prizant and her team to bring our nanny to USA as we were relocating due to work. Although we were not in the USA at the time, communication with her was never an issue! She has expert knowledge and experience on the topic where many other law firms said 'it is not possible! - you cannot use that visa for working etc.' Svetlana and Diana were very responsive, always informative and guided us through the process professionally. When it comes to traffic tickets or violations Mr. Alpert's firm is the best to call. My son is away in college and unfortunately received two tickets. If found guilty his license would have been suspended because of the points they carried. Mr. Alpert got both tickets reduced to 2 points and he had to take a defensive driver course. His office is professional and responsive. They make you feel comfortable, they answer all of your questions and help with any concerns. I would without a doubt use his firm again if I had to. Thank you Mr. Alpert and staff.

Before I explain why let me tell you the outcome was very good. I searched extensively when I had to answer my improper use of cellphone ticket. I decided to use Randy Alpert for the following reasons. 1) Although I felt I was on the right side of the law, literally every attorney I spoke with aside from Mr. Alpert gave me very similar answers which essentially boiled down to "luck of the draw". 2. Most attorney websites simply reiterated the "points of law" without giving me much unique information about their firm to make a decision. 3. I was not impressed with the web presence of many of the firms either. Hiring an attorney, especially based on the internet, would seem to me to call for a good authoritative website expressing the "why hire us". It was apparent from his website that his experience on the other side of the fence would enable effective representation. In the end 1) I did not have to appear in person. His team did it all for me. 2) He had my charges dismissed and 3) throughout the process he personally communicated in a timely fashion easing what was a very stressful situation. After reading some of the negative reviews especially about lack of communication, I still decided to give this lawyer a chance, thinking maybe the negative reviews were just isolated cases. Anyway, I contacted the office on February 7th after my daughter got a ticket that I thought was unreasonable. Surprisingly, I was put through to the lawyer immediately. I explained the situation to him and he asked me to send the ticket over to him. At first I sent the wrong document and again he responded immediately via email as to exactly what he needed. I sent it to him by the end of the day. Surprisingly since sending the ticket, I haven't heard from him. The first 2 days., I thought maybe he was busy but then by the 3rd day I emailed him telling him I was following up with the ticket I sent and the conversation we had. No response up till today a week after. I still can't believe a lawyer can be so.unprofessional. Fortunately. I was able to find another lawyer who so far is very professional and helpful.
