We hired attorney Rosenfeld to take over from an attorney who was handling our case initially and not taking the right process to get our case resolved with the troublesome tenant leaving at our residence. Attorney Rosenfield appeared during a court session to advise the judge that we are no longer interested in pursuing the case with the former attorney and everything should be handed over to him. This was done with no charge. Attorney Rosenfield started our case all over again by filing correctly with the court, appeared couple of times on our behalf until the case was resolved and the tenant was evicted. He went further to do reservations in court so we can still be able to get money the tenant owed, but at some point we declined because we wanted the tenant to leave our residence. If you’re looking for an attorney to handle your case in the housing court, he is the right man to hire. The only thing that I noticed through out the court process is to be patient with him. Honestly, he is handling your case and will contact you if he need information from you. Mr & Mrs AKINYELE

Tenants beware, Seth rosenfield employs landlords to use illegal tactics, he represented a landlord taking me to eviction court and before an eviction was approved the landlord changed the locks, very shady tactics and business practice.
