Seems like they’re not interested in new clients. First of all, they never answered the phone. They don’t respond to emails in a timely manner. In addition when I asked to come in person I was told he wouldn’t be in today at all but when my brother calls he’s able to be seen that same day. He definitely does not care about his clients, it’s all about the money for him. I had a few friends warn me beforehand but I took the google reviews into consideration and he was closer to my location. There are far better lawyers in the city.

Went in for a consultation today ,it was the best decision I made he answered all my questions and gave me great advice.Made me feel secure about my situation as a tenant.Best place if you have problems with your landlord .Gave me the option to wait and didn’t push me to do anything he wasn’t out it for money and didn’t make me feel like he was out for money .Gave me step by step advice .Did I forget to say free consultation he wasn’t trying to get me out he listens to everything I was concerned about .Best I have seen !

RIP-OFF!!!He charges $460 for 1 hearing or $750 for 2 hearings. Didn’t ask if I was actually speaking On the phone when I received one of the tickets for holding my cell while driving. So I went to the DMV about something else and on the way out dropped by the office of some attorneys AT the Whitestone DMV. Not only were they much friendlier than mr. Alpert but they asked the questions, for example- if I was actually speaking on the phone or just holding it. When I responded that I was only holding it I was told to get the phone records for that month and call them a week before the 2!hearings for three different tickets. And they will be charging $300 for both hearings-$450 LESS than Mr. Alpert!!!! He’s a rip-off!!!

Highly recommend Scott. Worked on my wife’s green card case. Great at managing expectations. I wasn’t a citizen a few years ago, many lawyers told me to file for my wife anyways even though it will take longer and i will have to double file, first before i became a citizen and then to update the case when i became a citizen, but Scott advised us to wait till i became a citizen first, told us he could double file and take our money both times if we wanted to, but advised us to wait and file it the recommended way. Was a bit stressful waiting till i became a citizen, but after i became a citizen the process went through pretty quickly. Scott was careful in managing our expectations, saying it could take up to 12 months, while other lawyers pretended that they had some connections and would get it done in a couple of months, eventually everything was done in 7 months. With me waiting to become a citizen first, my marriage went over the 2 year timeframe, so my wife got a 10 year permanent green card. Was very helpful in our meetings with the required paperwork and any questions we had, and also came for the interview. MiYoung was also very helpful whenever we called or emailed when we had questions. Now my wife has a green card, we’re pretty happy, and would like to thank Scott and Miyoung for getting the process done smoothly. Highly recommend them for any immigration needs.
