Seth Rosenfeld is the worst lawyer I came across. His response time too your questions is very delayed(over a week) , Seth does not appear too the court cases, he would have an novice attorney appear on your behalf that doesn’t have a clue on too what’s goin on . Your case will go the full length with no urge too help the landlord. Wouldn’t use his services ever again.

All I can say my experience as been horrible. It's been exactly 25 days that I've been trying to get a hold of him. I've emailed him, I've called and still haven't heard from him. He owe me my refund from my agreement that I did with him with my tenants. He is very quick to take your money then after that you will not hear from him. Very unprofessional and not reliable. I will not continue doing business with him and will not be referring him to anyone. Please beware...
