Yes Nick & his dad Albert are the best lawyers ever my man was fight for his life every lawyer he had did not care if my man was gonna rot in jail. Nick went way above & beyond to fight for my man life & he save my man life now my man be home in 2 years. Not to mention it was an attempt murder & Nick got it drop down to an assault. I don't know if 5 stars is enough. I believe they deserve much more. Harry Burstein(Rest In Peace 🙏🏾) Lyle Bakst, Steven Herschkowitz, Frieda, and Beatriz have proven to be caring & qualified in their areas of expertise. My experience was absolutely perfect. They are all very professional and respectful. All my questions were answered, if they needed more information they contacted me and if I needed to contact them they always answer in a timely manner and explained to me everything I needed to know. You will never find a better law firm to handle your case. I highly recommend Fischer and Burstein.

I have no clue who left this guy any good reviews but u can say they are probably fake. This lawyer is probably the worst in nyc. He’s a 1 man show that runes his law firm like a chop shop. All he does is promise the world takes his time and over charges. in the end just gets you the worst deal you can get because you have no where to go. I wouldn’t recommend him if you value your freedom or your life. Do your self a favor and find someone else before you get crushed by this guy who calls him self a lawyer. I wish I can leave this guy zero stars.

I went to Mr Albert dayan with a situation that would've put me back in prison and having 2 felonies this would've been my 3rd strike. I sat with Mr Dayan, explained that I'm in a bad situation and I don't have much money. Mr Dayan sat with me and calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to work out and sure enough, instead of the time I was facing, I ended up paying a fine. I am truly grateful for Albert and Nick Dayan. These guys are definitely worth every penny. So if you are in a bad situation and need great defense, hands down these guys are the ones that you need to call. I thank you guys for everything. Defense top of the line!!! Hands down

This man is a GOD send!!!! Not only did he help me out of my legal situation he save my friend a single mother who did not have the full pay for the case and he still took the case because he knew what was happening to her was not right!!! He got a gun case dismissed in 6 months!!!!! And they found the gum in her house!!!! Thank u Albert your a good man and a kind soul GOD bless u!!!
