I got hit with a hard case that looked grim from the start. I was scared that this mistake would tarnish my reputation and follow me for the rest of my life. A buddy of mine gave me Mr.Dayan’s business card and after our first meeting I knew I was in good hands. He promised me that he would handle everything and my record would be clean. It was a long fought battle, but Mr.Dayan was persistent and always kept his word. My record is clean and I am worry free. I am very pleased with the service and I will always recommend Mr. Dayan to any of my friends if they need a lawyer.

The whole team helped me with the utmost respect and professionalism when I got into my car accident a few years back. Whenever I needed help with anything they were there. Whatever you do... Be sure to have everything and signed off by all parties during contract signing. He agreed to a payment arrangement via email as an addendum to contract and a few days prior to closing, he changed his mind about it and his client refused to make payment that they initially agreed to. In addition, he didn’t seem to understand that the STAR program is a tax relief program and recipients can use funds as they wish (not only for co-op fees). He was very RUDE when I tried having a dialougue with him about it during the closing... “I cannot argue with your client” and refused to accept responsibility for his previous arrangement. I recommend that he take accountability and refund this payment to my lawyer who winded up footing the bill to avoid further arguments.

Albert Dayan is the best lawyer in New York. He is diligent and very very responsive. I would hire him again a thousand times and I highly recommend him , as a of fact I have and his results are impressive.
