Albert is a great Lawyer to work with. For me trust is the most important part. I trusted Albert's advise and experience on my case. All my criminal charges were dismissed without a trial because of the experience and leverage Albert Dayan applied during the negotiation process. I felt good having Albert in my corner.

I am writing this review for one reason only, to help anyone accused of a crime who is innocent. I was federally indicted for health care fraud and mail fraud. As a practicing physician in good standing and with an excellent reputation, this was devastating and demoralizing. I had never been in trouble with the law before. I had no experience with the criminal justice system. When the indictment happened I was shocked and completely confused. But I had to make one of the most important decisions of my life. Mr. Albert Dayan is a very respectable attorney, first and foremost he kept his word and fought hard on my behalf. Mr. Dayan significantly mitigated the outcome of my sentence at a hearing in Queens Supreme Court. At that hearing he was able to use the arresting officer's testimony to the advantage of my defense and caused the prosecutor to offer me a disposition that did not require me to go to trial. Mr. Dayan has respectable secretaries and is easy to reach. If you have a case where you believe you need the best, you should absolutely consider Mr. Dayan as your legal counsel.
