After working with an employer for more than 6 plus years I was released from employment with some unsatisfactory and unresolved payroll issues involving overtime pay and pay rate. I found Mr. Hassan by doing a google search, and came straight away to his office in Queens hoping for a resolution and to calm my misgivings about the employer, especially after working with them for so long and so faithfully. Mr. Hassan assured me it would be a okay and started the process of my claim. Unfortunately Covid19 began so the process was I believe a bit longer than normal. I understood normal was not what was happening here so I buckled down to see it through no matter how long it took. It is now October and I am finally getting a resolution. The law firm and Mr. Hassan were professional from beginning to end, and I am thankful for their knowledge and advise.

Never even called me back about my inquiry after leaving a very clear & concise message. Guess they don't need any business in a covid world.
