I would recommend this w/c law firm. From the first day i stepped into the office from receptionist to Paralegal Tiffany Castro who handle my case with care and concern so grateful for she is one of the best paralegals. I also would like to thank Maritza and all the attorneys .

Sam Hechtman was recommended to us for a workmen’s compensation case for which we had hired another law firm .The first firm was useless and when we switched to Sam, he was like a breath of fresh air.
He was so knowledgeable and friendly but mostly, he paid attention and was prepared for every hearing and doctors’ appointments. He helped us every step of the way and the office staff was great, especially Maritza.
I would recommend this firm and especially Sam, to everyone!

DO NOT HIRE!! I made that mistake and no have to pay the consequences. They do not contact you ever. Even when your work comp case was closed in Jan of 2022 and you did not find out until Aug of 2023 because when I last spoke to someone they said the case was at the board and could take 12-18 months. Never told me it closed like a week later so I could not appeal the judges decision. Never told me I could have been seeing g a doctor for over a year and a half covered. Save yourself the trouble and find someone better.

Estos abogados son excelentes y muy confiable mi esposo ha recibido una gran ayuda en su caso desde que el inicio con ellos, no los recomendaron y no nos fallaron, a nosotros nos ayudado mucho la paralegal Tiffany Castro en la oficina de queens y lo mejor es que también hablan español a ella la recomiendo 100% ya que es una persona muy responsable y siempre está pendiente a todo en los casos, muchas gracias!!
