Leyla worked on my case really hard bd diligently, ever since she became my assigned paralegal, everything was going right and amazing, she helped me understand everything, explained the process, contacted my adjuster because I am not supposed to contact the insurance company myself. She did al that for me and also answered the phone every time I called her with random questions. Lillian helped me thought out my case as well and she has tons of patience, explained all to me. She is the only person who has truck load of patience, professionalism and knowledge. Not only did she review my case, spent her time showing me every medical report and explained it to me, she made sure I am aware about my apointments and asked girls to send me text message reminders.
