Ed did a phenomenal job with our landlord tenant negotiation. The negotiation took a couple of years due to the landlords initial unwillingness to get the amount we wanted. Ed was with us the whole way and was alway available and in communication even on weekends. He was eventually able to get us theamount we wanted. I recommend him highly and would definitely choose him again.
