I was in a car accident in 2018 and reached out to a lawyer that a friend recommended. Unfortunately, this companies misguidence and extreme lack of communication lead me to seek counsel elsewhere and I'm soo glad I did. Simon and his team were professional, communicative, and made such a confusing situation much easier to deal with.

I had a bad three car accident on the LIE in Suffolk County back in July of 2016 and I was referred to Simon Bardizbanian the attorney who took my case. We had our first consult right after my car accident, his questions were very through and detailed. He set me up with a NO Fault physical therapy office a few blocks from my home. The case took time for a lot of different reasons including COVID-19. Simon and his team were amazing with following up with me to check in and let me know where we were on the case. Him and his team definitely fought for me and did not take NO for an answer. We were able to finally settle this past April 2021. I was very pleased with the outcome and they way the case was handled. Simon and his team definitely made me feel like I was their family. Thank you 🙏🏻

In desperate need of the services of an attorney to take care of some extremely time sensitive legal matters concerning my senior aunt, I reached out to this firm on Yelp. A very personable associate of the firm responded and I felt comfortable to move the conversation to my personal email, even having a chatty telephone call with him. I provided some very personal initial information and was told I would hear back and I did. One of the partners was included in the email conversation where they shared a bit of details along with their retainer fee of $5,000. I then emailed to ask when payment was due so I could I take care of it. It's now almost a month later and crickets. What's most inappropriate is how much of my energy & time was unnecessarily wasted. I was not even given the professional courtesy and respect to be told by them that they would not be taking me on as a client -- after all the back and forth we did.

A while back, I was hit by a FedEx delivery Truck. The truck backed up as I was standing at the intersection waiting to cross the street and caused knee and back damage and great pain, causing me to miss a year of work.
