Holihan & Associates is no good. He passes jobs around to beginning attorneys who clearly have no handle on the law. His arguments using law are very poor when trying to argue and defend his side. Holihan waits last minute to do tasks and they are done poorly. This man will accept any case even if its has no true potential to scam you for your money. Don't even bother wasting your time and go to someone with a better fee who works endlessly from Monday-Sunday and works hard to represent you and get you what you deserve.

It was extremely a pleasure to work with Mr. Holihan and his firm. A staff that is friendly and courteous and most importantly returns calls in a very timely manner. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Hollihan because he was always prepared and went over every detail of my concern. His knowledge of law is executed at a very high level. Henceforth, I was awarded the full amount after appearing for a deposition with Mr. Hollihan. I will continue to refer, all my friends and family to Mr. Hollihan.

Contacted Stephen Holihan to help with real estate closings. He was warm and inviting when we spoke on the phone. His office is neat and professional. His knowledge of real estate law was very impressive and he handled all of our business professionally. He followed up on every item we needed him to handle in a very timely manner. Will definitely use him as our attorney for anything.
