I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hector when selling my home. Through out the entire time till the closing he was very patient with us and went the extra mile to get the job done. I am an experienced commercial broker with 100+ nyc deals under my belt. Hector handled my client in my first residential sale, recently. He was up to date on everything he needed to know in the law, he was on-top of the client and me to get in paperwork and respond on other legal points. He also stayed on top of the important dates and kept the client well informed. I would absolutely recommend him in the future for cooperative closings and will regularly be asking him to consider clients in other real estate and personal situations I encounter or if I am ever involved in an action, myself. Hector is really great. He kept me informed from the beginning. He texted me updates constantly when there was any. A few days before the closing, he sent me all the info in detail which checks to write & which checks to get from the bank. In addition, when I had a few questions to clarify, he was available on the phone to walk me through all my questions. On the day of the closing, everything went so smoothly & was done in less than an hour & the coop was mine. His legal fees were so minimal that it was inconsequential. Thanks Hector! Great Job!
