When I first called, Rhonda Mercado was the first person I spoke to. She was extremely polite and understanding. Rhonda explained all the steps to me as she took my information. Not only did she register me she informed me that I had more than 1 claim that was available to the case. I work for a large ortho company and truthfully can say Rhonda's friendliness, compassion and knowledge is like non I have experienced. I left the phone knowing that I had made the right decision and have been tempted to ask her to come work for my company, but her loyalty to this firm shines through her voice on the phone.
