In desperate need of the services of an attorney to take care of some extremely time sensitive legal matters concerning my senior aunt, I reached out to this firm on Yelp. A very personable associate of the firm responded and I felt comfortable to move the conversation to my personal email, even having a chatty telephone call with him. I provided some very personal initial information and was told I would hear back and I did. One of the partners was included in the email conversation where they shared a bit of details along with their retainer fee of $5,000. I then emailed to ask when payment was due so I could I take care of it. It's now almost a month later and crickets. What's most inappropriate is how much of my energy & time was unnecessarily wasted. I was not even given the professional courtesy and respect to be told by them that they would not be taking me on as a client -- after all the back and forth we did.

A while back, I was hit by a FedEx delivery Truck. The truck backed up as I was standing at the intersection waiting to cross the street and caused knee and back damage and great pain, causing me to miss a year of work. I hired Bardizbanian & Associates for a case I had a few years ago, where I was rear ended while stopped and had my van totaled. I worked with Simon and his staff, and they were great throughout the whole process. Simon went over my options, never rushed me, and fought hard to get me my settlement, even when the other drivers insurance tried to low ball.
