When seeking help with my case, I repeatedly heard that it was a difficult one and would most likely be denied. When I consulted with Vrinda Jagan she too said it would be difficult, but proceeded to gather the background information and gave me scenarios of possible outcomes based on her experience and expertise. She gave me hope which was something we didn’t have before. Her colleagues and staff were always professional, and recognized me on a first name basis. In their presence I didn’t feel like my family was a statistic or number. My case was eventually resolved in my favor, and I can definitely say that if it wasn’t for their help I wouldn’t have the opportunities that I do today.
