Had an accident back in 2018 and Ismael together with the team did a great job helping me.

Okay, let me start off by saying....back in July 18th 2024.. I was in a very bad car accident , that someone swerved into my lane, which caused me to side swipe a parked vehicle and flip over. This is why you should always wear your seatbelts. I was upside-down. Able to drop myself from my seat and crawl out passenger window! From this accident I ended up with a serious fracture to my left hand, that was probably gonna require surgery. The person that that came into my lane , TOOK OFF!!! leaving me there. I was totally speechless! The emts were there immediately. They took me to hospital. And from there, my car was towed .... the guy that towed my vehicle. Was Nice enough to come to me with all my belongings......and from there he recommended this law group! They contacted me RIGHT AWAY! Matthew, helped me with nearly everything......because what do you do in a situation like this? This was beyond traumatizing and now I'm here, with 5 fractures to my left hand and no one to go after!. Matthew proceeded to help me with all the necessary paperwork that needed to be filed. Because now I'm responsible for the car I sidewiped and when flipping I ended up in northbound lane and hit another parked car! Talk about STRESSFUL.....Matthew was so helpful and understanding and Right AWAY got me to Ismael Muriel! Who was also extremely helpful and helped me with all the paperwork that needed to be filed. Because what do you do in this situation? My car was totalled! I didn't have full coverage on it. I had just purchased it last August! It was a 2007 mazda. I loved that car! Plus....I am from Suffolk County, ny.. I am in Nassau county when accident happened. My bf lives in far rockaway. They told me , not to worry..they will help me with everything. I had already started physical therapy, because now from flipping, my back , my neck, were starting to hurt. So long story short. They immediately got on my case. Where at my physical therapy place, they were like oh we can hook you up with one of our lawyers. That never happened. This law group, had everything taken care of, from dmv paperwork, to everything. I've never been in a situation where someone cud actually cause an accident. That flipped my car and just took off! They called me October 4th! And said to come into office and pick up my check. I was like what???? Too be honest with you. I was already accepting the fact that now I was at a extreme total loss!!!! Because everything was going under my insurance company. Called no fault. They paid all my medical bills, I had to go for several different MRI ... and the thought of my hand possibly needing surgery. I was totally beside myself! This law group I have to say , THANKYOU!!!! and I had to write this review. Because I've talked with many ppl , that were going to same physical therapy place and they were all like, omg who did you use???? We have been waiting over a year , just for a response from our attorneys. I wanna thank MATTHEW!!! AND ISMAEL MURIEL, THE attorney. You guys have given me a 2nd chance! And that kinda service means the world too me! I am in a customer Service field and you guys are OUTSTANDING!!!!!
