My great grandmother passed years ago and left her investments and trusts for her great grandchildren in the hands of this mans father, who has since passed as I take it. Scott has not kept up with the investments (e.g. we still own stocks in cingular) and now says he has a right to a percentage for account maintenance when clearly he has not done so. Now that we are of age to need our trusts he refuses to return phone calls after well over a month of calls! Other family members have tried to hire lawyers who are scared to go against him in court so here I am making sure nobody uses this man for their estates!
