James represented me and my wife during our first home buying experience. He was quick to answer all of our questions (there were lots of them.) When our closing day finally came it was quick and easy. I had heard from other people closings can be long drawn out processes but James had us in and on our way to our new home in less than an hour. I highly recommend James’ services!

So James has helped us close on two seperate occasions. When questions arose, he answered questions immediately and to the point making sure we understood what was being asked of us. The second closing took less than an hour from beginning to end. It was fast, effective, and efficient. A positive experience from beginning to end.

James was my husband and I’s attorney for the home we sold as well as the one we bought. He answered all of our questions in a prompt manner and alleviated any of our concerns or stress throughout the entire process. James Symancyk is the best family attorney there is. I hired him to help me with a difficult relocation case in order to be granted permission to move out-of-state. Right from the start, he was patient and took the time to explain every step of the process. The other party would not consent to the move, and there were a lot of meetings that they rescheduled or canceled last minute. Throughout it all, James kept me updated and tried to help in any way possible. If you're in need of a family law attorney, ask for him! You'll be happy you did.
