Mr. Gabriele has been my lawyer when I first became a widow. Helping guide me with my tasks and plan my future wishes. He supported me with the loss of my mother and helped my son with a family will matter. I recently had him as my real estate lawyer with the sale of my childhood home . Emotional as it was for me; he was not only my lawyer, but he was family . He delivered on all matters of my closing . I don’t think I will ever find a lawyer, in the new state that I live in , that is so caring and sympathetic as he was . I will always touch base with him as family does. Mr. Gabriele, (Nick, as we were quickly on a first-name basis) saved me $2,500 upon my first visit with him. As we were initially consulting, I took a phone call from my realtor who informed me that the sellers of a home I desperately wanted needed me to come up on my bid. A bit panicky, I blurted out , "Okay, $5,000". Nick said to me, "No. Offer $2,500", so I did. My bid was accepted! Nick had my back throughout the entire process, both selling my old home and purchasing my new home. He kept me informed every step of the way. I have worked with Nicholas Gabriele over several years on many legal situations including production of my own will, assisting me as the executrix of my mother's estate, my divorce, as well as other legal matters. I would highly recommend him (and have several times). I have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. As far as responsive, there were times that he answered by anxious calls on Sunday afternoon, met me on a Wednesday night at 9 pm to deliver papers I needed for court the next day, met me at his office after I finished work to accommodate my availability.
