When I decided to seek a divorce after a long-term marriage, Michelle Cimino was recommended to me by a friend. At our initial meeting I was impressed with her organization and knowledge and felt comfortable with her approach. Due to the opposing counsel dropping the ball many times, as well as the effects of Covid on the courts, the process did drag out for a long period of time. Throughout it all Michelle, remained committed to my best interests and actually devised a number of creative solutions, one of which, was finally accepted by the other party. I truly believe if it had not been for her tenacious nature, thoughtful problem solving, attention to detail, and her continued communication with the other side, that this would not have come to a successful close. Competent, fair, and persistent, Michelle will work to achieve your goal. I would highly recommend retaining Michelle Cimino if you have a need for legal assistance.

Michelle did a good job getting us what visitation with my grandson that she could. I thought the fee was a little outrages since we once took this matter to court in front of one judge n then had to go and retaine her a second time in front of another judge for the same matter. I did not like the fact that we had to do this over the phone but with covid it was warranted. I also feel that the the public defender on the other parties behalf was not present half the time or just didn't do what she was supposed to do or we had to reschedule because of no shows. Michelle did do her best to get ahold of other parties public defender or other attorneys via phone and e-mail. She always sent me emails regarding the case and how we were moving forward. This was a family Court matter. Thank you Michelle Cimino.
