Had a great experience. Not a lot of lawyers wanted to help me because my issue was with a well known company in Rochester. I was shocked when Paul said he was able to help. He collected a retainer from me and then sent me a receipt saying how much each phone call and document were worth and then returned the difference. In a world of inflation and recession, he could have fudged the costs and kept my entire retainer, but he chose to be honest. His work for me lasted longer than it needed to because no one contacted us and told us the case had been closed, but during that time, I had reached out to him a couple of times just to bend his ear on a couple of unrelated topics. I have only positive things to say.
