I called for questions about services and the phone was answered very fast. I had some quick questions that were answered right away all in detail giving me all of the information I needed and more! Just by my quick phone call you can tell this team is filled with intelligent and kind people who care about your feelings willing to help out what is the best for you. Michelle is an incredibly understanding person and she is non-judgmental in listening to your needs for the case. She is also detail oriented and thorough, making sure that she has all the information to fight fiercely for you. Michelle Cimino is extremely unprofessional. She stated that would look into representing me, but abruptly stopped responding. I texted Laura, paralegal to see if Michelle received my emails. Laura said she would reach out to Michelle. Laura didn't respond either. I never dealt with business like this. The common courtesy is to respond either way. I wasted several weeks with this firm.
