UK was representing the buyers of our home in real estate transaction. Unfortunately the paralegal handling the transaction lacked the effective communication and follow-thru the ensure the transaction was staying on target date for a timely close. The result of her actions pushed the close out over a long bank weekend, an almost missed rate lock commitment, last minute scrambling for movers (and increased expense), and more unnecessary negations on change of possession. She had to be followed up numerous times by attorneys, para-legal, as well as clients...all with a attitude of she could care less about her customers. A sad representative of what is supposed to be a top notch organization

I honestly do not know how they get so many good reviews, if I could give ZERO stars, I would, I did notice current partners and employees have authored some of the incredible reviews. Their real estate department is HORRIBLE. WIll not reply to multiple emails or voice mails requesting simple status updates and do not seem to have any regard for the well-being of their clients whatsoever. I would never recommend them for a real estate transaction EVER! If you are buying or selling a home, get a referral from trusted family member, friend or colleague and make sure they have actually worked with their referral and can comment as to communication and ease of process. Underberg & Kessler really dropped the ball on what should have been a smooth experience.
