As a recent hire, the hiring process at Woods Oviatt & Gilman was very efficient and thorough. The process begins with a phone interview, which is possibly followed by an interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, which was very helpful with learning more about the law firm, as a whole. Lastly, you interview with the team/department that you are being considered for. The last interview is extremely helpful with understanding what your responsibilities would include, and it familiarizes yourself with individuals who you might be working with. All in all, I found the hiring process to be well-organized and friendly!

This is a very nice and friendly practice. I was just hired and will soon be starting. Talent Acquisition Specialist Derek, was very nice, the hiring process is fast and smooth. They give you a lot of information and make you feel comfortable on the interviews. Very excited about starting there!

My interview experience with Woods Oviatt Gilman was a very interactive one. Although I was the one being interviewed, I had the opportunity to find out if this firm was the right fit for me. The team told me all about the firm's past, present, and future, and encouraged me to ask anything I wanted to know. People at this firm know how to bring out your true self and they evaluate applicants as a whole and as much more than just a list of skills and qualifications on a resume. I felt at ease and appreciated during my interview as the atmosphere is an extremely positive one.
