We attained Mr. Wells as our attorney. The first time he met us, it was like we were long lost friends. My husband & I were in despair about a small claims court situation. He soon had us feeling like everything was going to be okay. He took the time to go over all the papers & photos we had brought in to him. He explained the legal part of what he would be doing to represent us & how the court proceedings would go. The day of the court he met with us & told us what he was going to be doing. We felt very at ease with him in court. He was very professional & knew we had hired a great attorney. Everything turned out the way we had hoped. Good afternoon, I would like to thank you for my new will. I had emergency triple bypass surgery and had no will like most people my age. Soon after, I required more surgery, and was obviously concerned. These people and Nathan, my attorney, got the paperwork for power of attorney, health care proxy and will done in 3 days. Incredible. I would think it's about how you look at what you need. I was told that because my dad's estate would not be worth what I was going to have to pay her, that I should go through legal aid. FYI legal aid doesn't handle civil cases.
