Although Jacqueline was unable to represent me, she kept in communication with me and went above and beyond to find a lawyer who was willing to discuss my case. I would not hesitate to use her in another situation.

I called looking for an attorney. The woman who answered sounded like I woke her up and put me through to collections. Then I was transferred again just to be disconnected.

I didn't have a clue as to what I needed to do as Executor. They were very compassionate, explained to me what needed to be done and when I had any questions they responded in a timely manner. One of the reason we chose John Wells was that we were told he was a good Christian man. Often times lawyers are portrayed as people who will do something that is unethical so we felt we really wanted someone who would do not only what was best for us, but what was morally good and sound. He was always courteous and polite and very informative. I believe he was fair and yet did a very nice job dotting all the I’s and crossing all the T’s, and was able to wrap up the case within a reasonable amount of time. Professional and nice
