Our dream of having an legal entity that could represent Youth Rugby in Rochester became a reality ,largely because of the quality legal representation provide by Mr Hurwitz. He walk us through all off the steps of first becoming a Corp. ,then getting us tax exempt status and finally getting us listed as a NYS charity. He diligently walked us through what was almost a 9 month process keeping us informed of progress and making sure we completed all of the necessary filings in a timely fashion. In short we will use Mr Hurwitz for all of our future legal needs

Hired Philip for a DWI, he had the best price of anyone I talked to. He's knowledgeable, punctual and showed genuine concern for my outcome. I moved out of state shortly after I was given the ticket and Philip helped tremendously with finding out of state programs, answering my questions and working with the court to keep the necessary trips back to New York to a minimum.
