Mr. Jim Napier helped me take care of traffic ticket as I was busy moving out of state. I was able to get through directly and spoke with him on my first attempt calling, unlike other law firms where it's difficult to talk to the attorney. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for taking one stress out of my moving process away!

Do not be fooled! We are so disappointed, and dissatisfied with this firm! My husband was hit by a person that ran a red light. He was injured, and our brand new SUV was totaled! This person was driving with a suspended license, but had insurance. We have a large family in Buffalo, and they all suggested our using William Mattar. We contacted them, they reviewed and took our case! However 6 months later, they informed us that our auto policy covers only $25,000 for a driver with suspended license! So, that is all they could do for us. But, they took their percentage of $8000! Isn’t it their job to look at the insurance, then decide if they will take the case? So, back in January, they had to see that was all that we were going to be able recover from our insurance. We feel like they sat on this for 6 months to justify taking $8000. If we had not asked for help from William Mattar, we would have been able to collect the full $25,000 from our insurance. Just sickens me! We have already spent more than $10,000 out of our own pocket! No wonder lawyers get a bad reputation. I would think twice before you use this firm. This borders on dishonesty. They certainly used our innocence about insurance to thier own gain! Mr.Mattar, I appreciate your response confirming my dismay that you “followed standard protocol” knowing the “limits of our insurance policy”! You took the case anyway,! And, we lost $8000!

Not often these days do you speak with representatives and actually FEEL the authentic personal attention , dedication and free advise youre given... Sadly ,even when youre paying for it! This world is time and money hungry ...and i can tell she put her heart into my situation. You could feel it. She gave me more time then i probably deserved, and even helped by weighting juuuust a little personal opinion in. I absolutely love this as a business owner myself . Its almost impossible to find the total package these days, and not think they're fake. Hopefully this company understands and appreciates what a compassionate ,logical , intelligent and most of all.. REAL person they have there. it's people like her that keep people coming back in this world . No matter what business youre in, And thats a fact! This firm went above and beyond in my case. When I had a question, I had an answer almost immediately. They fought to get me more for my case than I thought possible. Lucas did a great job negotiating and Nicole was fantastic at communicating with me. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is several instances of miscommunication and my case being shuttled around to a few different attorneys before being settled. Otherwise the firm was fantastic.

Just amazing, they were so kind and very helpful. Always kept me informed and up to date. It was a long process but every step they were there. I'm grateful to have had their help. Thank you so much guys! Update 8/25/2022, last week my wife began having some neurological issues. We were at her doctors on 8/16/2022 and thr offices called me just to check on me to make sure everything was OK after everything was settled. I said yes of course you guys have been awesome. I kept it short and informed John I believe that I was at the doctors with my wife. Within 2 days my wife received a get well card from William Mattar.. all u can say is thank you guys. That's showsnthe compassion and caring nature of this firm. Thank you again !!! You guys rock
