We had a wonderful.afternoon. the staff from William Mattar made this special time wonderful. And the weather was super too!

When I have called the office, it's very approachable. I feel important because everyone seems interested in helping. They want to truly understand what the caller needs and they bend over backwards for me.

Dealt with this law firm in a very complex case, not only were they not consistent in the details of the case, but after explaining the dilemma faced (no specifics ) and my reasonable concern of them not putting in enough effort that can be offered by a Law Firm i found myself in a blatant disrespectful verbal Feud with the attorney Jackie. Which helped me conclude that this Law Firm is very unprofessional and rather tacky. Also, i can conclude they are very familiar with disrespecting clients.. thats the only.thing they do with ease. I also noticed the highest ratings on their reviews comes from computed simulated accounts. So my suggestion if you want a Law Firm with the customer service of a Welfare building.. call William Mattar; The Firm that feels like your preference of your case is debatable. Even though YOUR paying them. Im sure you can get that impression from their low budget commercials. only tried them because they were convient. Also, i noticed they spend time consulting their bad reviewers.. please dont consult me, I said what i said.. let yall case management skills be consultation for this comment. Your welcome.
